In the Ballot Admin area, scroll to the ballot you're interested in and click Results.
Please note: you must unseal the results before viewing them. Simply click the Unseal button on the results page. Please note that the act of unsealing the ballot will be logged in the History tab for added accountability.
3. How can I see who has voted?
In the Ballot Admin section, find the ballot you want to check and click Participation .
You'll see a list of all eligible voters, including those who have voted and those who haven't.
4. Can I unseal the results during voting to see who is winning?
Yes, you can unseal results during the voting period. However, if the secret ballots feature was enabled, the most accurate and final result will only be available after voting ends and the ballot is archived.
Please note: the system logs who unsealed the results and when. You can view this information in the History tab for each ballot.
5. Will the system automatically tell me who won at the end of voting?
No, the system displays the final vote counts, but it does not automatically declare a winner. The board manager or administrator is responsible for reviewing the results and confirming the outcome.
6. How do I check if a ballot invitation email wasn’t delivered?
On your dashboard, go to Communication in the top-left menu and select Message Center.
Find the ballot invite you want to check, then click View Delivery Details.
On the Delivery Details page, click the arrow next to “Email” to sort by delivery status:
Click the recipient's name to view their profile and see full delivery details under Contact Methods.
Another option is to go to the Resident Report and check the ‘email issues’ checkbox to see a list of all issues encountered while sending the emails.
7. How do I send reminders only to those who haven’t voted?
From your Ballot Bliss dashboard, go to Communications and click Send Announcement.
Set the Message Type to Ballot Invite, choose the relevant Ballot, then under Send To, select Eligible Voters That Have Not Voted Yet.
This will resend the ballot invitation only to those who haven’t submitted their vote.
8. How do I extend the vote if we don’t reach a quorum?
To extend the voting period, go to the Ballot Settings page for the active ballot.
Update the End Date to your desired extension, then click Save.
The ballot will remain open and continue collecting votes until the new deadline.
9. Can I delete a vote if someone made a mistake? How would that work if the ballot is secret?
For secret ballots, votes cannot be deleted to preserve voter anonymity.
However, for non-secret ballots, you can remove a vote by following these steps:
Go to the Ballot Results page.
Change the results format to Table View.
Scroll through the table to find the voter’s name.
Scroll to the right side of the row and click Remove to delete the vote.
This action is recorded in the ballot history for transparency.
