How to see your ballot results

Ballot Results

The Ballot Results page provides a secure and transparent space to view, share, and manage the outcome of your election or poll. It includes visual and tabular result formats, controlled access, and a full activity history to support integrity at every stage.

Unsealing the Ballot

If the ballot results have not yet been accessed, you’ll need to Unseal the Ballot first. Clicking this will:
  • Redirect you to the results page.

  • Log your name, date, and time of access for transparency.

  • Begin tracking all subsequent views of the result.

Viewing Ballot Results

Once you unseal the ballot, you’ll be redirected to the ballot results, which can be viewed as a chart or as a table.

  1. Chart View

Provides a visual breakdown of voting results, including graphs and summary statistics.

Notes
Note:
If you enabledSecret Ballot, 4 random results will be hidden in the chart view to maintain voter anonymity. This does not affect the total vote count. (See Secret Ballots page)

  1. Table View

Offers a detailed table format of voting results. From here, you can:
  • Export results in your preferred format (xlsx, xls, pdf, etc.). See How to Export Ballot Result for details
  • For Secret Ballots, export a redacted version to protect voter identity.

Simply click Export, and the file will download directly to your device.
