Accessing the Message Center
To access the Message Center:
- From your dashboard, click on Communication in the top-left menu.
- From the dropdown, select Message Center.

2. Year: Use the Year filter to target messages sent within a specific year. This helps narrow your search and simplifies message management.
3. How To Export Messages:
The Export Messages feature generates a detailed Excel report of messages or announcements sent within a chosen date range. The report includes:

Note:
For performance optimization, exports are limited to a maximum three-month range and cannot go further back than one year.
To send a new ballot invite, click the Send Announcement button.
5. Older Messages: By default, the Message Center displays the most recent announcements. To view earlier messages, click Older Messages to load additional entries.
6. Newer Messages: To return to the most recent messages after viewing older ones, click Newer Messages.
Messages Details
This is where ballot admins can go to view message delivery analytics for ballot announcements they sent or individual ballot messages. Easily identify whether voters have received your ballot announcements and track delivery.

View Delivery Details: Click to access a full delivery report, showing who received the message, who did not, and any delivery issues. You’ll also be able to view all recipient replies in detail.
Message Status: Reflects the delivery outcome, confirming whether the message was sent successfully. The types of reports on the communication methods are:
Phone call - whether it went to voicemail or was picked up by a person
Email - Delivered, bounced, or replied to (if the organization has enabled reply to functionality).
Text - Delivered or bounced (check with Joe on this - I don't remember what the text statuses are)
Sent By: Shows the name of the sender along with the date and time the message was sent.
Message ID: A unique identifier assigned to each message for tracking and reference.
