How to Export Ballot Results
In this article, you’ll learn how to export your ballot results efficiently and in your preferred format.
On the Ballot Result page, click “Table” to display your results in a tabular format.

2. Navigate to Export Options:
Click “Reports”, then use the dropdown menu to choose from the available export formats.
1. Detailed XLS
This format provides a comprehensive Excel report containing voter details, including:
Community Name
Unit Address
Voter’s Full Name
Voting Date
Vote Option
Percentage of Ownership
Form ID
Contact Information
Account Number

2. Redacted XLS
Ideal for ballots where the Secret Ballot feature was enabled. This format removes voter identity and contact details, ensuring anonymity. It includes:
Form Reference ID
Date of Vote Submission
Vote Option

3. Redacted XLS w/ % of Ownership:
This version builds on the Redacted XLS, adding the percentage of ownership field to the anonymized vote data.
4. PDF Audit Files
This format delivers detailed PDF reports via email. To export:
The recipient will receive a link to download a ZIP folder containing individual PDF reports. Each report includes:
Community Name
Reference Number
Voter’s Full Name
Street Address
Account Number
Phone Number
Email Address
Percentage of Ownership
Vote Option
User UUID
Unit UUID
Date of Submission
IP Address
User Agent


Export: After selecting your desired format, click “Export” to download the result to your computer.
Detailed XLS, Redacted XLS w/ prcentage and PDF Audit Files are not available for ballots conducted with the Secret Ballot feature enabled. Worth also noting that the main report that organizations conducting secret ballots will receive is the Redacted Report which anonymizes voter data.
