How Residents/Voters Can Cast Their Vote

Casting your vote is a quick and secure process. Follow these simple steps to ensure your voice is heard:


1. Locate The Voting Email

Head to your email inbox and find the voting invitation from your organization. It will be sent from the official organization email and should include the organization’s name in the subject line.

2. Review the Email Content

Carefully read the email to understand the purpose of the vote. Inside, you'll find:
  • A personalized voting link

  • A unique access code

These credentials are just for you. Do not share them with anyone.

3. Access the Voting Page

Click the link in the email. You’ll be taken to a secure page asking for your access code. Your access code is the 4 digit code from the ‘Enter Code’ column.
  • Take the 4 digit code from the email and enter it in the space provided.

  • Click on continue after you enter the code to get redirected to the actual voting page where you will see the ballot and cast your vote.


4. Cast Your Vote

Once redirected to the voting page, here’s what you’ll see:
  1. Ballot Topic: The title of the voting issue.

  2. Ballot Description: A detailed explanation of the vote, including context, objectives, or the individuals/issues up for vote.

  3. Ballot Question: The main question or decision being posed. Beneath it, you'll see your voting options, click on your preferred choice.

Before finalizing your vote:

  1. Agreement Statement: Check the box confirming you are legally eligible to vote in this election.

  2. Submit Button: Click this to officially cast your vote.


5. Confirmation

After submitting, you'll be taken to a "Thank You" page, confirming your vote has been successfully recorded.
