1. How do I cast my vote?
You’ll receive an email with a secure link to your ballot.
Click the link, enter the access code in the email, review the options, and select your choice. Once you're ready, click Submit Vote. You’ll see a confirmation message once your vote is recorded.
2. I didn’t receive my voting email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder.
If you still can’t find it, contact your association or manager so they can resend the invite or check for email issues in your contact record.
3. Can I vote more than once?
It depends on the ballot settings set by your organization. Ballot Bliss allows organizations to restrict voting to one vote per voter or allow multiple votes if needed. Once you submit a vote, you may or may not be able to change it based on those settings.
4. Is my vote anonymous?
Yes, if the ballot was set up as a secret ballot, your vote is completely anonymous and cannot be linked back to you.
If the ballot is not secret, administrators can see who voted and what choices were made.
5. How do I know my vote was counted?
After submitting your vote, you’ll see a confirmation screen.
You also have the option to choose if you want to receive an email confirmation upon casting your vote. Your vote is immediately recorded and stored securely.
6. Can I change my vote after submitting?
No. Once a vote is submitted, it cannot be changed or withdrawn.
If you believe there’s been a mistake and the ballot is not secret, you can ask the administrator if your vote can be reset.
7. Can I vote from my phone or tablet?
Yes! Ballot Bliss is mobile-friendly and works on all modern browsers and devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
8. What if I don’t understand a question or choice on the ballot?
If something on the ballot is unclear, contact your organization or the person listed in your invite email for clarification before you vote.
9. Will I see the results after voting?
You won’t see real-time results unless the administrators choose to unseal and share them. Final results may be emailed or announced once the voting period ends and the ballot is closed.
10. What happens if I miss the voting deadline?
Once the ballot closes, no more votes can be accepted.
If you missed your chance, let your ballot administrator know, they may reopen or extend the vote if quorum wasn’t reached.
